1-2 hour walk using a map, compass, or trail app Practice basic wayfinding skills in familiar area Include 2-3 planned stops for reflection or snacks

60-90 minutes moving slowly through natural area Include sitting meditation for 15-20 minutes Focus on sensory engagement and nervous system regulation
