Over the past four weeks, I’ve been releasing the Self-Compassion Guide for the Recovering Hiker and Backpacker—and behind the scenes, I’ve been quietly building something new.

Not just another guide, but a completely rethought home for all my upcoming free resources.

I’ve been using Notion up until now. It worked well enough—and I still like it for certain things—but it wasn’t designed for the kind of experience I want to create. I wanted something that looks better, works better, and is easier to navigate without all the distractions.

A lot of people host their content on social media, YouTube, or platforms that feel more like communities than tools. And while those work for some folks, I think they often add friction—especially when you’re already dealing with overwhelm, uncertainty, or trying to piece together your recovery. You don’t need to wade through feeds designed to addict you just to find what you’re looking for.

This new space is built to be clean, grounded, and easy to use—no noise, no clutter. Just practical tools, tips, and practices to support your return to the wilderness journey.

Enjoy,

Jeff
